Arable farmer Jeffrey Mul and ENGIE Refrigeration’s Storage Specialist Marcel Bennink are inspecting the onions. It is mid-February, and the onion boxes are full of crunchy red onions. Both men are incredibly happy with what they see. The color of the product is good and intense. And the germination is under control like never before.

It is the first harvest in new storage with a condensation drying system. It is also the first time that onions are stored for a long time.
